Your account stores your name, email, region, timezone, and profile preferences. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Your goals, daily check-ins, and personal corners of care are private to your account.
Posts and comments are shared with signed-in adult members. Circle conversations are visible to members of that circle. Family invitations are restricted to their recipient’s email address. Your private notes and checklist history are not made public by accepting an invitation.
Square processes membership payments. The City receives payment tokens and confirmation details; it does not store card numbers or security codes. Optional emails use the configured email provider. You can change optional email preferences from your account.
